This policy explains how Newark 24/7 Plumbing, at 800 Creek View Road, Newark, DE 19711, handles information connected to 247plumbernewark.com and our phone line. It was last updated October 15, 2026.
Calls to our line
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. When you call (410) 378-7601, we may collect your name, phone number, address and a description of the problem so we can send a plumber and follow up on the job. By continuing the call you agree to the recording. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the person who answers.
What this website collects
This website has no forms and does not ask you to create an account. The hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use that information to keep the site running and to understand how it is used.
The site embeds a Google map. Loading a map may let Google collect information under its own privacy policy. We do not control that data. We do not set cookies of our own on this site, though the embedded Google map may set cookies under Google's policy.
How we use information
We use call information to dispatch plumbers, give you a price, schedule work, keep job records and improve how we answer the phone. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep. Email contact@247plumbernewark.com with your request.
